Traditional Mi’kmaq Quick Bread – If you’ve taken part in one of our community events here in Membertou, there is a good chance that you’ve tried luskinikn. It is a common component of our community’s celebrations. Luskinikn, or luski for short, is a traditional Mi’kmaq quick bread that is typically topped with butter, jam or molasses.
